Regarding: Improper classification of Delivery Drivers as independent contractors.

Alert: Martin & Martin has filed several Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) cases against companies for classifying delivery drivers as independent contractors AND FAILING TO PAY THEM OVERTIME, including Diligent Delivery Services and FedEx Ground Packaging as well as smaller "middlemen" companies contracted with larger companies like FedEx.
